On June 20 of 2016, Grand Chip Microelectronics Co., Ltd (aka Kangxi Communication Technologies) announced that the first MP part KCT8522H was released to market.

KCT8522H integrates a power amplifier (PA)), a low noise amplifier (LNA) and T/R Switch, harmonic filters and the associated matching network all in one device with 3*3*0.55mm 16-lead QFN package. It is an ideal RF Front-end with high output power of 20dBm@-35dB, 21dBm@-30dB, low quiescent current of 180mA, which can be used in most 5GHz WIFI equipment. It also supports multiple standards including IEEE 802.11ac.
Customer board debugging results show that KCT8522H has higher output power of 0.5~1dBm than other competing products on the same customer platform. It can significantly improve the customer terminal RF index.
